You remembered the start and end ports you typed into the XP Personal
Firewall settings, right? You'll need them now. In our example, 4000
is the first port, and 4001 is the last. Simply enter these numbers
in the appropriate sections under DCC ports.

That's all there is to it. mIRC is now configured to work with Windows
XP's personal firewall.
